Mining Machinery Cylinder

Mining trucks not used for off-roads generally have bad working conditions, large dust, long working time and serious phenomenon of partial load. Supporting cylinders with the most technical difficulty are lifting cylinder and front and rear suspension cylinder. At present, the Company has successfully supported cylinder for 400 Ton ultra-large mining dump truck.

1. Aiming at working conditions of oil and gas mixture, it adopts sealing components of special material and configuration type to satisfy the requirement of frequent reciprocating impact;

2. It realizes the lightweight and high reliability of cylinder through optimization design of finite element;

3. It optimizes buffering performance of suspension cylinder and lifting cylinder by means of hydraulic simulation;

4. It greatly extends the service life of hydraulic cylinder through material selection optimization and perfect heat treatment process.
