Recently, in the construction of the fertilizer plant in Nasindi, Bangladesh, 2000-ton crawler crane completed the lifting of the first heavy equipment - a 603-ton carbon dioxide stripper. This crane also set a record for the largest tonnage crawler crane exported from China to Bangladesh. 

The hoisting of the project was undertaken by CNNC. The carbon dioxide stripper installed is the tallest and heaviest equipment in the fertilizer plant in Narsindi District, about 51 kilometers northeast of the capital Dhaka. In order to ensure the smooth and successful hoisting, the XCMG project service team specially designed a plan to use XCMG's new 2000-ton crawler crane main crane and 400-ton crawler crane to cooperate with the tail.

On the hoisting site, XCMG’s 2,000-ton crawler crane used a super-lifting main boom of 90 meters and a radius of 30 meters to lift and deliver the 68.5-meter-high carbon dioxide stripper with a weight of 603 tons. The whole process takes only 5 hours, which has won the unanimous affirmation of customers.
