XCA1200 All Terrain Crane
1,XCA1200 All Terrain Crane is designed mainly for erection and maintenance of 2.0-2.5MW wind turbines. It is also suitable for operation in typical working conditions such as lifting operation for bridges, high-rise buildings, and petrochemical construction.
2,The pioneering dedicated wind power jib head is adopted. Boom and jib can be carried during heavy load jobsite transfer between wind turbines and no assistant vehicle is needed for the transformation between operation configuration and jobsite transfer configuration.3,Independent heavy-duty suspension system with single cross arm is applied, and the min. ground clearance can reach 530mm, which can meet the requirements of jobsite transfer in mountainous areas.4,With modular design, flexible conversion between wind power version and standard version is possible, which makes the crane suitable for wider applications.
5,The pioneering 6-axle mechanical drive is equipped with G1 large speed ratio hydraulic drive, forming superb 7 axles driven by double-power involved in driving.
A thousand-tonnage class all terrain crane with best load charts and efficiency in its class. It is mounted on a nine-axle all terrain chassis with eight axles driven, and grade ability under heavy load up to 30%, leading in the world; seven-section boom and specialized self-folding wind power jib facilitate to install wind turbines with hub height up to 140 m.

Global unique dual-power eight-axle drive system, six-axle mechanical drive+two-axle high speed ratio hydraulic drive, contributes to heavy-load job site transfer, i.e. with boom, super lifting device, wind power jib and outriggers attached and grade ability of 30%;
Innovative heavy-duty single-transverse arm independent suspension system, min. ground clearance of 500 mm and 30% improvement in pass ability facilitate to handle the terrains in mountainous areas during job site transfer.
(3)High efficiency moving from a wind turbine location to another one in a job site
With no need to remove the innovative self-folding wind power jib, only 2 hours are required for stowing the crane, high transfer efficiency and cost saving.
(4)Multi-mode brake, safe and comfortable
Innovative multi-mode braking system automatically estimates machine's driving status while driving on roads, or during short-distance job site transfer or heavy-load job site transfer, comfort and safety while braking under various conditions are optimized.
