XCT16 Truck Crane is an efficient, economic and applicable brand new product designed on basis of XCMG G-generation R&D platform. With 3-axle self-made special chassis, 4-section dodecagonal cross section of boom,built-in double independent winch andpower system with low speed and large torque, this crane has industry-leading lifting height, lifting capacity and working efficiency. Integrated with new energy-saving hydraulic system, mature engine system of Shanghai Diesel Engine and Weichai Engine, all covering walking surface and XCMG man-machine interactive system with the level of car provides more options for customers and bring more comfortable driving and operation experience. XCT16 Truck Crane is widely suitable for construction site, urban renewal, traffic transportation, port, bridge, oil field, mine fieldand other complexworking environment. (1) Powerful lifting capacity, excellent traveling performance
Optimized matching of whole crane according to multi-body dynamics is adopted, reasonable arrangement and optimum applied force. With 4-section dodecagonal cross section of boom adopted, boom length is 32m, jib length is 8.15m, leading in the high level of industry; the performance of medium-length boom is 15-20% higher than highest level in the industry. With 5 jack equipped, 360°full slewing operation is realized.
With 3-axle specializedtruck chassis, 6 gears and 8 gears transmission, traveling speed is 85km/h, max. gradeability is 48%, higher than competitors in the industry. It has excellent traveling performance, strong pass ability and maneuverability.
(2) High working efficiency, safe and quick operation
With built-in double independent winch and slewing system with low speed and large torque, double pump confluence function is added so that double pump confluence in telescoping system and elevating system is realized. Max. working speedof main winch and auxiliary winch is 130m/min, slewing speed is 3r/min, telescoping and elevating times both reach highest level in the industry.
Quick reeving device, winch monitoring system, hoisting and slewingprotective device, load moment indicator, anti-two block and over-wind protective device are equipped, which bring safer and faster hoisting operation.
(3) Integrated PLC control system contributes to higher reliability of products and more convenient maintenance.
Since the electric systemis updated to PLC controlsystem with new class cable harness of high protection, the circuit branchesbecome less owing to the cable harness branch design of variouspassages. Fault elimination in the bottomlayer improves the reliability. The combination design of controller, display and GPS integration with waterproof connector clipsenhances the systemreliability. With self-diagnosis functions of errors in control system, the fault elimination becomesmore convenient as well as the maintenance.
(4) New dynamic platform, strong power and energy-saving
Taking enginewith low speed and large torque as core, matchingtransmission with high speed ratio, giving consideration to low speed climbing performance and high speed site transferring performance, perfect fusion of high driving force and low fuel consumption is realized. Fuel consumption in driving operation decreases 12% and dynamic performance improves 15%.
With domestic engines made by Shanghai Diesel engine and Weichai engine equipped, rated outputpower is 192Kw and 180kw respectively, which provides various options for customers.
(5) New suspension system with higher comfort
The comfort is improved by 15%~20% with less disc taper-leaf spring in front suspension and rubber suspension with V-shaped thrust rod in rear suspension of 3-axle.
(6) Brand new appearance, improved humanized performance
The crane has newly designed XCMG G-generation appearance of TruckCrane, which looks more sturdy and elegant. The entire crane has been ergonomically improved. The air suspensions equipped for the low-noise driver's cab improve driver comfort.Quick reeving design can realize parts of line change and convenient operation without
disassemblingwedge. Slewing lockingmechanism is controlled by soft shaft controller, locking and unlocking of slewing mechanism can be achieved in operator’s cab. Accesses at both sides, cigarette lighter and USB charging converter greatly improve convenience of climbing and operation.
XCMG man-machine interactive system with the level of family car, i.e. ergonomically designed work space, more reasonable key division and user friendly man-machine interaction bring more comfortableoperation.
